I could swear that a couple of years ago Gevalia (which I think is a division of Philips or some other big corp) was sued because it was sending Spam to tens of millions of people. They paid, quite down and now they are back.
On the last week or so I received a steady stream of Spam from Gevalia. Please, don't buy anything from them, don't open their email and don't click on any link. That is the only way to reduce spam.
This might be just a test that Michael Arrington is doing to see if he can get more money on his site (www.techcrunch.com), but that is sad, very sad. I never click on partial feeds, so I guess I'll be getting less information out of TechCrunch and that is ok, because there is so much redunduncy already on my blogroll content that it won't matter. I'll read the full review at GigaOM, or ReadWrite/Web, or some of the other 150 blogs that I read.
